hey guys this is haley and lilo and we are wanted for a serious crime. This is not a joke. We had a ballpoint pen and we decided to write stuff on the sewer. And the pen was broken down and shaved off. So we wrote "SEWER PALS" in big block letters. After that we wrote "HAY" and "LIT" just on the sewer. Well, my (Haley's) neighbor, is a bitch. So, we were just sitting on the sidewalk, laughing. And up comes this cop. And he got all pissed off. Now we have to do 300 hours of Community Service EACH!!!!  I'm a rebel and I will continue to be!!!  Just kidding, just kidding. But seriously, we did write all that stuff.
